Our thesis — Tech startups struggle or fail for many reasons — we are able to salvage some of them if they meet certain criteria — Elusive Product Market Fit, Co-founder burnout, Customer segment meltdown/crisis are some of them.

How We Do It — We are able to rescue some startups because we buy them cheaply. Many times we pay nothing to take their ownership. We have network of entreprenuers and investors who are always looking to acquire, merge, and grow and we look for synergy amidst our portfolio of companies.
